MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS
Affiliation Because we are part of the educational arm of the United Pentecostal Church International, the local church of an applicant must be affiliated with our organization. On our application form, an applicant will be required to send information for us to verify the affiliation of the local church. Spiritual All applicants must have had a genuine experience with God. Those who have not received the Holy Ghost will be encouraged in every way to believe and receive the same. They must be willing to ascribe to the standards of holiness prescribed by the United Pentecostal Church International. Age The standard minimum age for student admission is eighteen years, unless they have completed high school. Education A high school education or its equivalent shall be considered a reasonable educational qualification for admission. Non high school graduates are accepted by special permission. They may be subject to the imposing of a policy of probation and will be expected to show an aggressive attitude and strong motivation in keeping with a desire to advance academically. Health The applicant must be in good health so as to be able to cope with a heavy load of studies and take part in weekend ministry. The applicant must be free from all contagious diseases. COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM Fill out the online application form. Once you completed the form, a link to our application system will be sent to your email. You need to go to this link and fill out/upload the needed information to complete the application process. TRANSCRIPTS Original copies of official transcripts from all your post secondary education must be uploaded. This can be done through the link that we will send you once you completed the initial application form. THREE RECOMMENDATION FORMS When you are completing your application form, you will be asked to submit names and email addresses of:

APPLICATION FEE A $50 application fee is required before you can submit your application form. Once you completed the application process, a decision will be made regarding your application. If accepted, a Letter of Acceptance will be sent to your email. A copy of your acceptance letter can also be mailed to you upon request. MEET VISA REQUIREMENTS
It is illegal to study in Canada without a student visa. Northeast Christian College will not process your visa for you. Once you receive a Letter of Acceptance from us, you need to proceed with your visa application. To learn more about applying for a student visa, click here. Student Direct Stream Depending on where you live, IRCC may be able to get your study permit faster through the Student Direct Stream (SDS). IRCC tries to process most SDS applications within 20 calendar days. However, some applications may take longer. Learn more here. Report Immediately Once you arrive in Canada as an international student, you will be required to report immediately to Northeast Christian College to avoid cancellation of your visa. Work As an international student with a valid student permit, you are allowed to work full time (40 hours a week) during summer vacation and work part time (20 hours a week) once the school year has started. Health Benefits An international student who attend a post-secondary educational institution in New Brunswick, Canada is eligible to receive New Brunswick Medicare coverage.
